As a hyperactive, sports-obsessed child growing up in Sherwood Content in Jamaica, Usain first tried his hand at cricket. When he discovered sprinting, Usain found the perfect sport to channel his never-ending drive and dedication to excellence.
Usain Bolt is committed to improving his performance, step by step. He trains twice a day, six days a week at his home track in Kingston. Usain’s passion isn’t just limited to track and field – he is also a massive fan of Manchester United and the English Premier League.
