Christopher Taylor breaks Devaughn Baker’s 400M record at “Champs” 2016

 

 

Christopher Taylor breaks Devaughn Baker’s Class 2 400M record during prelims with a time of 46.33. He now holds the Class 3 and Class 2 records. This is the first record of Champs2016 and the first recipient of the $25K scholarship offered by sponsors Grace Kennedy to the individual or team to break a record.
