For one week, Montego Bay intends to host at least 2,300 visitors: 1,200 competitors, 75 Officials, 80 Umpires, 250 coaches and about 700 supporters from at least 40 countries.

Located on the northern coast of Jamaica, Montego Bay is the tourism capitol of Jamaica possessing the best hotels and beaches our island can provide hence the ultimate location to host our Taekwon-Do guests.

For five days August 26-30, 2014, the 5th ITF World Cup will be hosted at the Montego Bay Convention Centre, the largest conference and exhibition centre on this side of the island.  The exhibition hall will be decorated with flags of all 40+ countries taking part in this extraordinary competition, ITF World Cup’s banners with the official logo, and a few standing banners with TKD personalities; winners of the last World Cup in Brighton, England. Two massive pictures of our founder General Choi and the ITF logo will be erected in the hall along with our past president Grand Master Tran Trieu Quan.  Large LED screens will be strategically placed within the hall relaying the events taking place in the various rings and the major area during the Opening Ceremony.
